Tasks:
1. Execution of maintenance and call-out contracts
2. Maintenance and repair of analysis equipment and sample systems
3. Trouble shooting and error detection in analysis systems
4. Commissioning of analysis systems
5. Testing new analyzers
6. Scheduling service appointments
7. Preparation of clear service reports
8. Advising the client, both technically and commercially
9. Giving hands-on training

Responsibilities:
1. Being able to work independently
2. Customer-oriented (co-)thinking
3. Timely administrative handling of service work carried out
4. Keeping order, cleanliness, and overview of the work

Distribution of work
For the registration of the project-related activities and service actions we use the ERP package RidderIQ, the calculations, offers and service reports are generated (semi) automatically from this package.
