System Engineer

Our client develops, produces and markets innovative products for Test & Measurement, Broadcast & Media, Cybersecurity, Secure Communications & Network Monitoring and Mobile Network Testing areas. Founded in 1933, the independent company has an extensive sales and service network in more than 70 countries worldwide. Our client in the Benelux B.V. is an independent operating sales and support organization to serve their customers throughout the Benelux, counting 44 employees and with a regional office in the Netherlands. Core capabilities of the organization are sales of test equipment and customer project business, local project execution and a service support team.

Working within the entire system engineering life cycle including conception, defining and analyzing requirements, system design, realization, integration, verification, acceptance and support.
Contributing as part of a bid team to submit proposals for delivery mission-critical capability.
Conducting system engineering activities in accordance with our client systems engineering framework based upon ISO / PMI standards.
Participating in tender responses, design reviews, integration, test and site commissioning activities.
Delivering systems engineering services to meet project milestones, within budget and to the highest quality expected by our clients.

Bachelor of Engineering qualifications in Electrical/Engineering or relevant degree, preferably with experience in Systems, Radio Frequency, Mechatronics, Electronics, Communications or Aerospace.
Proven experience in a project engineering environment within an international setting.
As a person you are structured and proactive.
Good communication skills (verbal and written) in English and Dutch.
Experience in configuring networks; other IP networking technologies are seen as an advantage.
Proficient with tools like MS Project, Visio, Word and Excel.
You have a European passport.
